Use Policy

1. Intellectual property

odbox is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all text and graphic elements of the odbox.org site and the odbox logo. Any total or partial reproduction of the odbox.org site, representation, modification, publication, total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from odbox: odboite@gmail.com.

2. Personal data

Personal data may be collected by odbox when using the odbox.org website when the user:

• use the contact form

Users' personal data is only processed for the following purposes: responses to emails via the contact form. In accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978 as amended (“Data Protection Act) as well as the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), each user has a right of access , modification, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him, and to object, for legitimate reasons, to his personal data being processed by odbox.
